OCT eye imaging

What is oct eye imaging?

OCT is a type of eye retinal imaging used for assessing the structure of the retina and its layers. This imaging technique is employed to examine issues such as retinal layer detachment, swelling, or the presence of a hole in the macular area of the eye

This device, which uses near-infrared light, is used for imaging the fundus, generating maps related to RNFL analysis, and capturing cross-sectional images of the retinal layers while providing their thickness.

Stratus OCT provides high-resolution visualization of retinal layers, effectively assisting the physician in the examination, treatment, and continuous assessment of retinal patients.
